Yes, Last Friday night we had our Friends over to celebrate Renee's Birthday. We cranked the heater in the pool and had a fabulous evening with a Rose Moet Chandon Sparling Champagne, sauteed Crab crabs (in butter and garlic of course!), mixed greens with seasonal pears, cheese, olives and a homemade huckleberry vinegrette, followed by a pineapple/basil sorbet to cleanse the palette for the main course of grilled trout - stuffed with roasted garlic and rosemary sprigs, grilled asparagus and cauliflower, wild rice pilaf with nuts and cranberries! White and red wines for preference! Oh! And homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert!!! Hungry yet?
